With some of the new Microsoft IE Browser versions, you must click the COMPATIBILITY VIEW Button to make some websites appear right. If you are having an issue where you are having to scroll down in order to see the content on the page, press the COMPATIBILITY VIEW Button (as shown) and that should correct the issue.
